The heads get adjusted, not just written up. Six of the 21 points look at head and nozzle coverage — those record what each head is doing. The adjustment is the part that changes it: we aim every head that can be aimed, square up the arcs, and confirm the water is landing on lawn instead of driveway before we leave. A spring startup adjusts heads too — what the inspection adds is the written record of all 21 points. Heads that are cracked, sunk or missing get quoted; adjustment is included, parts and repair labor are not.
